About the Role 

The Global Revenue Enablement team at Glassdoor drives speed to revenue for our go-to-market organization through enablement on products, processes and systems and by simplifying our communication across the organization. This role is critical to the success of our organization as you will be responsible for managing programs and projects and developing resources and content that will enable our sales team to better understand and sell our product. Our Enablement Specialist will  help us deliver on this mission critical, high impact team!

What You’ll Do

  • Join an incredible and supportive team that collaborates and innovates to drive speed to revenue  
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with your team, peers, cross-functional and channel partners
  • Manage large-scale projects with cross-functional partners (Product Marketing/Business Operations/Channel Partners)
  • Enable training of our go-to-market team around products, systems and processes
  • Create and develop synchronous and asynchronous learning content in collaboration with Product Marketing for product launches and repromotes, including but not limited to:
    • Building learning modules in our Learning Management System
    • Facilitating training sessions virtually and in person 
    • Measuring success of program rollout
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Partners to support on-going product training and enablement and coordination of knowledge-base resources
  • Design collateral and edit videos
  • Support team with Onboarding Program and Everboarding Programs
  • Be part of making the magic happen for our annual Sales Kick Off and Summit Events

What You’ll Bring

  • Dedication to add to Glassdoor values and our culture of DEI
  • 3+ years related-experience in job function and/or industry
  • Experience using, managing and building content for a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong grasp on both theory and application of adult learning and enablement methodologies
  • A passion for Instructional Design
  • Excitement around facilitation including large audiences, senior leadership audiences, and virtual audiences
  • Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Operating with integrity in ambiguous situations
  • Adaptability to change and agility in work planning
  • A bias for action and accountability

Compensation and Benefits 

Base Salary Range: 

Canada (CAD): 67,900 - 101,900

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Bonus: 10%

*Bonuses are paid out bi-annually and the amount awarded is based on individual and company performance. 

Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU): 

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.

Where-to-Work Policy
Being a remote-first company, Glassdoor employees can live anywhere Glassdoor is a registered company. Requests to move must be approved by an employee’s manager and the People team. While we will try our best to support relocation requests, some requests may not be approved due to various tax, legal, or other restrictions.

Enjoy Remote and Explore: Employees authorized to work in their current location may Work Away for up to a total of 30 (thirty) working days in a calendar year without permanent relocation and compensation change.
