Retention Specialist

About the role:

You will play a pivotal role in contributing to Hipages’ success by driving engagement rates up and retaining our client base. You will turn customers who are in danger of leaving into happy and engaged customers staying on the platform.

How you will add value:

• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
• Handle outbound/inbound calls and overcome customers' objections
• Explaining the key benefits of hipages to retain our clients
• Effective note-taking on all client interactions and input into the CRM system

About you:

• Experience in a sales and/or customer service role
• Previous experience in a retention role with proven experience retaining customers against KPIs
• Loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and can provide solutions to customers
