Overview of Customer Service role we just hired for:
- 6 month temp contract with opportunity to transition to perm
- Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm onsite in a modern and bright office (consistent full time hours each week)
- 4-6 week training programme to get you set up in the role!
- Mix of outbound and inbound calls
- Sell new products or services based on customer's needs, retention and upselling
- Supportive and bubbly team environment
What You Need:
- AU or NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency as this role may transition to permanent after
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience handling complex inbound calls (healthcare industry is a bonus)
- Confidence in working with numbers and maths
- Full-time availability across Mon- Fri
- Happy to work onsite in the Geelong office
- Can do attitude and resilience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Double Vaccination is requirement of this employer
