Role Purpose:

Own the formatting and distribution of VMG’s via all required retail platforms, collaborating with functions to ensure efficient and timely delivery for the Field Teams


Main Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Bring to life the Buying vision for VMG’s for each brand following layout, templates & VM principles, seeking BOM sign off and working in line with retail deadlines
  • Format and load content for VMGs onto all platforms 2 weeks prior to latest in-store launch date
  • Follow own brands critical path/frequency chart dates, working with Retail team to ensure timely delivery
  • Work with POS Coordinator to ensure delivery of all instore materials, POS etc. for all VMG timings and key events
  • Respond to VM questions on Relesys and Teams
  • Conduct regular store visits to review VMGs giving timely feedback to the Retail team
  • Review Canto portal to ensure successful launch of VMGs for all brands, providing timely feedback to the BOMs where required
