Huckberry is seeking an experienced and strategic Retail Store Operations Manager to lead our retail team and drive the operational success of our flagship Georgetown location, opening in Summer 2025. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the customer experience, own critical store operations, and contribute to the success of our first brick-and-mortar store. We're looking for a passionate individual who embodies the Huckberry spirit, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record of successful management in a dynamic retail setting.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist in general management responsibilities while taking ownership of core store operational functions. You will focus on enhancing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. This role offers significant growth potential and the chance to build a thriving community of Huckberry enthusiasts.
