The Regional Sales Manager is a highly self-motivated, sales driven professional with a background of 5+ years in growing a successful regional business, delivering/exceeding annual sales plans against key commercial objectives, successfully managing a field team at Sephora locations, and building/maintaining strong retailer relationships. In addition, the Regional Sales Manager will lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales and Education Executives, and oversee the recruitment and retention of Nutrafol field employees, while driving all sales strategies within their regional territories. Ideally, this candidate is experienced in hair and wellness, with a deep understanding of the open-sell, multi-branded environment.
While Nutrafol is a remote company, this field role requires an on-site presence in Sephora locations in the assigned territory. Candidates for this role should be based in the Miami, Florida area.
