We are seeking the talents of a Retail Recruitment Specialist (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in our headquarter, in Los Angeles.
As a Retail Recruitment Specialist , your missions will be the following:
Recruitment and Talent Sourcing
- Post job openings on job boards, screen resumes, and conduct phone and video interviews to identify the best candidates for retail roles.
- Manage recruitment for pop-up store openings, coordinating the hiring process to ensure full, qualified staffing.
- Organize and support group interviews and build long-term talent pools by establishing partnerships with schools and other sourcing channels.
HR Administration
- Maintain daily updates to contract databases, track new hires and terminations, and ensure organizational charts are current.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and coordinating with payroll for smooth documentation.
Onboarding Support
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new employees, helping to facilitate smooth transitions and positive first experiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with retail and HR teams to support employee engagement efforts and assist in aligning with operational goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience, in retail recruitment preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a positive approach to challenges
- Well-organized with strong prioritization skills
- Adaptable, open-minded, and agile in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Comfortable with recruitment tools and technology
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a great candidate experience
Benefits
Annual salary range: $75,000 - $85,000, depending on skills and experience.
