ABOUT THE TEAM
If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Analyzing fulfillment centers data to improve local & international operation processes,
- Monitoring & comparing the performance of fulfillment centers,
- Exploring KPI improvement areas with granular analysis,
- Contributing & addressing development areas of fulfillment centers executing BU, operation type, category based analysis,
- According to the sales forecast, making the comparison of the delivery capacity and shipping plan regularly on a monthly basis to ensure that action is taken for the need for stock&process capacity and customer satisfaction in the long term,
- Owning the metrics preparation and presentation for warehouse capacity planning, logistics network performance, forecast accuracy and inventory health
- Implementing and ramping-up new solutions in collaboration with tech teams and data source providers and contribute to our roadmap
- Preparation of the operational daily shipping plan in line with the targets during the campaign periods
- Monitoring operational costs, simulating long & short term costs according to targets
- Design methods to manage and improve operations data,
- Preparing the necessary reports, KPI's to meet needs of the operation and improving operations reporting structure within tech teams
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / GSheets, knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Excel VBA is a plus,
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eagerness to learn,
- Having strong communication and team working skills,
- Capable of quickly understanding various operational metrics and processes, and how they interact,
- Experience in planning, operations or reporting is a plus

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
