NielsenIQ Retail Collaboration Programs simplify and streamline cooperation between retailers and suppliers by providing a joint set of tools through a shared platform. Manufacturing clients can access diverse data sources, visualizations, and analytical tools that help differentiate their brands while keeping the retailer’s primary objectives top of mind, speaking the same language.

Join the Retail Collaboration Team to work with clients, onboard them on our proprietary platforms, provide first-class support and customer service, and work cross-functionally with other NielsenIQ team members.

As a Retail Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Work with internal teams to setup clients in the NIQ platforms that they subscribe to in a timely manner
  • Work closely with your manager and the Retail Collaboration leads to assist in client retention priorities
  • Manage multiple retailer mailboxes, answering or rerouting client questions with a sense of urgency
  • Building strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and an expert in our NielsenIQ Retail Collaboration solutions and processes
  • Develop mastery of NielsenIQ ticket processes and ownership, proprietary tools and usage in order to facilitate seamless onboard and support of collaboration programs
  • Identify risks and gaps in onboard timing and accuracy and provide recommendations to enhance existing procedures, documentation, and delivery
  • Work on as-needed projects to streamline and standardize processes within Retail Collaboration

  • High English proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and work independently
  • Process oriented
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes, be an owner
  • Demonstrated client management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize as needed
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimal supervision

 

Background and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Great organizational skills
  • NielsenIQ or similar experience preferred, not required
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with clients, cross functional teams, improving processes
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Tableau /Power BI/similar applications are a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Experience with CPG/FMCG industry expertise is a plus
