Reporting to our VP Retail Media, as Senior Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks ( Amazon)
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
- Independatly complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
- Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
- Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices
Knowledge & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
- Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console
- Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue
- Experience managing complex retail media budgets
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) /Google Sheets experience.
