Costa Navarino is seeking for an Asset Department Coordinator. This position has responsibility for overwatching and facilitating TPOS Tenants daily operations in Navarino Agora, Navarino Dunes, W and Mandarin by interacting with TEMES and Costa Navarino Hotels’ Operations Divisions.
Responsibilities :
- Over viewing Third Party Operations (TPO) standards, performs visits to tenants. Daily contact and regular communications with tenants, cultivating of ongoing relations.
- Handling daily operation issues and complaints, problems’ solving and following up.
- Following up the delivery of Facility Management Services in Common Areas (Parking operation, Security services, Cleaning services, Garbage collection, Boats mooring process).
- Monitoring Health and Safety Issues and performing quality control.
- Acting as Third Party Operation (TPO), Facility Management and Marketing liaison.
- Coordinating Events, located in Navarino Agora or elsewhere, including open air markets, festivals and exhibitions (books, music, music, art).
- Issuing PRs – POs through SAP to cover Navarino Agora and other TPOs installations operational needs.
- Collecting TPOs monthly turnovers figures by cooperating in cooperation with Finance Dpt.
- Monthly reporting on TPOs operational issues, TPOs quality figures (GSS, Defects) and on Navarino Agora monthly expenses in cooperation with Finance Dpt.
- Daily (Post/No Post), Weekly (Hotel’s occupancies and Weekly Calendar) and monthly (Utilities) reporting.
- Coordinating Costa Navarino Associate trainings on Navarino Agora and TPOs updates.
- Follow all Health and Safety rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times
- Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news
Requirements
- Bachelors Associate’s Degree (IEK) or two years technical certificate
- Show high levels of organizational skills / Attention in detail / Courteous manner when speaking
- Know how dealing with tenants bad reviews // complains
- Knowledge of Microsoft outlook facilities / Fluent in Greek and English
- Ability to follow up & completion of tasks given, maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times
- Ability to comply with multiple levels of people and act, accordingly, following the company’s standards and Director/Manager of Commercial Assets Management guidance
- Possess excellent customer service skills / Possess interpersonal skills and be able to integrate into all levels of the organization
