- Act as the key liaison for business and project owners, overseeing the daily operations of the information systems;
- Assist in establishing operational guidelines and usage protocols for the information system, ensuring they meet business requirements;
- Play an active role in the development, enhancement, and adoption of the information system, aligning its evolution with the company's strategic objectives;
- Prioritize system usability, ensuring that all aspects—including costs, performance, ergonomics, and functional alignment—are considered from the initial needs definition phase;
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in system management, fostering collaboration to drive operational success and system improvements;
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of the information system are maintained through consistent monitoring and necessary interventions;
- Uphold operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies, service agreements, and industry best practices;
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation (frameworks, specifications, procedures) for all managed applications, ensuring clarity in operational and usage guidelines.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment;
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce is essential;
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies;
- Proven ability to define requirements that effectively address business challenges and identify the necessary technical and business changes;
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technology and business teams;
- Familiarity with the retail/eCommerce sector.
