Retail Associate

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. Food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail. 

As such, we need a Retail Associate who will support Wolt's retail portfolio in Czech Republic to ensure the best possible partnership. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys a diverse working week. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about our operations and business, while being a part of building something exceptional, in an international environment.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming tasks and requests
• Creating and maintaining reports for our Key Accounts.
• Ensure that the reporting system is functional and keep looking for opportunities to improve.
• Assisting the Retail Development team in any additional tasks related to working with data. 
• Taking ownership of ongoing projects related to the daily reporting of the retail team.
• Working closely together with the analytics team to analyze operations together with Retail partners.
• Sharing the best practices amongst the Retail team.

• Experience with the spreadsheet editor – creating charts and dashboards 
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You are used to working with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented, structured, detailed team player with getting things done attitude.
• Experience within the retail industry is a plus.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
