What you’ll be doing:
Maintain and manage the assortment of retail partners (especially big grocery chains), ensuring accuracy and alignment.
Build relationship between Wolt and our retail partners through emails, phone calls and personal meetings
Looking after the portfolio’s performance, proactively checking e.g. rejection rates, basket size trends, offline times etc
Assisting retail partners on how to increase their sales on Wolt
Assisting retail partners to participate in campaigns: Free Delivery promotions, % off campaigns etc - whichever fits them the most
Being able to build export basic reports from Looker, using analytical skills and
advanced Excel functions, and understanding of their correlation.
Working closely with the marketing team on local and themed promotions
Recording and administrating campaigns in Monday.com and in our internal systems
Assisting account managers on bigger projects
Great analytical skills and Excel knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a lot of different people.
Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.
Fluent in Hungarian and a good communicator in English.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment
Having a hospitality or retail experience is an advantage but not a must.
