Wolt has been growing very fast in Slovenia since entering the market in autumn 2019. We are looking for a Restaurant Segment Development Manager who will be responsible for strengthening the cooperation with the existing restaurant portfolio at Wolt and growing sales.

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager who will take care of good relationships with restaurants on our platform and create an attractive offer for our users. We are looking for a person who thinks strategically, has experience in data analysis, wants a dynamic, challenging job and strives for team wins.
Day to day you will:
- Drive the growth of the restaurant segment in Slovenia and strive for successful restaurant operations based on data analytics and quality and satisfaction controls.
- Foster good and strong relationships with partner restaurants.
- Monitor key performance indicators of the restaurant segment and acting on anomalies detected.
- Design, implement and measuring best practices to ensure the success of our partners.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns that will ensure sales growth in the segment.
- At least 1 year of experience in the B2B segment or in managing key account engagements.
- Love of working with people and the ability to adapt communication to the different characters of the interlocutors.
- Experience in data analysis, familiarity with working with data systems (e.g. Power BI or Looker).
- Creativity and desire to design promotional campaigns that are tailored to our target users.
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and accountability.
- Love for working in the food segment and desire to work with the best restaurants in Slovenia.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English.
- Experience with CRM systems and in sales is an advantage.
