Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions. The therapist will work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide respiratory support, manage ventilators, and educate patients on lung health. This role includes on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities as needed. Key Responsibilities: ●       Evaluate and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including asthma, COPD, and pneumonia. ●       Perform diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis. ●       Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and chest physiotherapy. ●       Set up, operate, and monitor mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment. ●       Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans. ●       Educate patients and families on proper inhaler use, breathing techniques, and disease management. ●       Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. ●       Participate in on-call rotations and be available for overtime when required. Qualifications: ●       Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy. ●       Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential. ●       Active state respiratory therapy license. ●       BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred for pediatric care). ●       Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. ●       Strong ability to work in high-pressure environments, including ICUs and emergency settings.
