Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766 bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 5,000 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.

W Costa Navarino, exclusively for adults and young adults over 12 years old, offers 226 stylish rooms, 2 bedroom suites and 3 bedroom villas with infinity private pools, staged in the Bay of Navarino with stunning Ionian Sea views, The Watersports Center, The Away Spa and gym with a heated 25m-long lap pool, including the new Navarino Agora, an open marketplace with retail, street food, open-air cinema and exciting programming throughout the day and night.

A Reservation Agent is responsible for managing and processing all guest inquiries and reservations. They ensure that guests’ requests are met accurately and in a timely manner, maximizing customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with other departments like front desk, sales, and housekeeping to provide seamless guest experiences from the initial inquiry to check-out.

To serve as the primary point of contact for guests making reservations, ensuring efficient, courteous, and professional service. The Reservation Agent aims to optimize booking processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel or hospitality establishment while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming requests (e-mail, phone calls and website)
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email
  • Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
  • Is fluent on all hotel products and services
  • Handles incoming calls and emails pertaining to owners’ reservations.
  • Handles customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations
  • Supports Management with special projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in relevant field.
  • To fill this position the candidate must have a sale orientated personality, being able to converse with a wide range of experienced and inexperienced customers, in both the local language and in English.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant position in a 5* hotel will be considered an asset.
  • Be fluent in Greek and English, verbal and written (Other languages such as German will be considered a plus)
  • Be able to take a customer focused decision by themselves, whilst remaining cognizant to contracts
  • Possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word). Experience in Opera PMS will be considered a plus
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) like OVOS / Opera, and similar platforms.
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and inquiries. Keeping schedules, logs, and documentation up to date.
  • Ability to manage multiple reservations, process payments, and respond to inquiries simultaneously.
  • Understanding of travel regulations, hotel policies, room types, pricing strategies, and industry trends. Knowledge of different types of accommodations, amenities, and services.
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivities and handling various customer profiles. Knowledge of credit card processing, secure payments, and invoicing.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing systems or customer needs. Learning new tools and technologies as they are introduced in the industry.
