Summaries of responsibilities:
- Handling reservations and bookings
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
- Manage incoming calls, message, emails and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Familiar with Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager is a plus
- Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
