We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring a seamless booking process and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Summaries of responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure smooth and efficient booking processes.
- Assist guests with their reservation needs, including changes, cancellations, and special accommodations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor room availability and rates, and accurately input and manage reservation data in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Work closely with the front desk, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Adjust rates and availability on OTA platforms as needed, based on demand and revenue management strategies.
- Analyze booking trends and provide recommendations to optimize revenue and occupancy levels.
Requirements
- Past experience working in a similar role Minimum 1 year
- Proficient in PMS OPERA and OTA / B2B Extranet ( Must )
- Familiar with Channel Manager , Google suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent listening & communication skills
- Multitasking & organizational ability
