The Role
Blackpeak is seeking a Researcher in an entry level position to carry out extensive research and analysis, summarize research findings, and support case managers on different cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out intensive research and analysis through desktop and database research, interviews, and traveling where necessary, and then assessing accuracy, reliability, and relevance
Support case managers to conduct research
Identify interviewees and conduct interviews as part of the research process
Summarize research findings into draft reports
Carry out research to support business development initiatives
Work as a part of a multinational team across Blackpeak’s offices
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Recent graduates in the humanities, political science, economics, or journalism are preferred
To be inquisitive by nature, with the desire and ability to prepare the most in-depth and accurate research reports possible
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and multi-task under pressure
Relevant work experience in journalism, analysis and consulting, including time spent writing analytical reports on both private and public companies will be useful
Native or complete fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
