The Research Scientist will play a crucial role in advancing our Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI services. This role is integral to the success of our research initiatives and innovation projects, contributing to the strategic direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in NLP and AI, with experience in linguistics and prompt engineering.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Research Project Management: Lead and manage research projects focusing on NLP and AI services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Prompt Engineering: Evaluate and test models with prompt engineering techniques

Data Analysis: Design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to advance our understanding and capabilities in NLP and AI.

Innovation: Identify new research opportunities and innovative solutions to complex problems in the field of NLP and AI.

Literature Review: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI by conducting thorough literature reviews and identifying trends and future directions for research.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and regulatory bodies, to support and drive research initiatives.

Documentation: Oversee the creation of research documentation, including case studies, best practices, project specifications, workflow instructions, and training content.

Communication: Prepare and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, present at conferences, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with prompt engineering and/or training.
- Previous exposure to research methodologies and scientific writing.
Experience
- 1-3 years of research experience.
- Proven track record of contributing to or leading research projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Education
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
