Our friendly team continues to grow and so we are looking for a Research Executive with experience within the Healthcare and Pharma sector to join our talented pool of researchers.

This role is extremely varied, where no two days are ever the same and the environment is fun, challenging and very rewarding at the same time. Expect to work on multiple projects across different therapy areas, fascinating products and a variety of clients. As every project is tailor-made to meet a client’s specific needs, you will have the opportunity to gain excellent experience in market research and be actively involved in the application of multiple existing and new methodologies.

You will have prime responsibility for handling client projects from the internal initiation meeting through to report writing and/or debrief preparation, working closely with the project leader to ensure that the research design, analysis and interpretation of results fulfils the client’s needs. You will be responsible for liaising with HRW’s Senior Research Executives and the project leader and any nominated client companies in order to handle HRW projects. As part of this role you will also need to manage Trainee Research Executives and brief colleagues from other departments/teams on all aspects of the project.

There is also an opportunity to get involved in internal and social events, such as the organisation of our company days and volunteering work, in addition to a structured induction plan and ongoing training opportunities.

Requirements

The right candidate will have a genuine interest in healthcare and a passion for making a difference, with previous experience in a similar role. This will include project design, proven project and client management skills, with an aptitude for data analysis and interpretation of data.

If you have an enquiring mind, strong organisational skills, are an excellent team player with close attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

Your degree could be in a life sciences degree or related discipline, but any degree will be considered or equivalent experience.
