- Join a growing R&D company in the Clean Energy space, focusing on the application of proprietary technologies to Carbon Capture, Catalysis, Chemical Processing, and Fuel Cell development.
- Work directly with a team of 14+ Ph.D. Scientists on developing proposals related to your area of expertise and in research projects supported by this funding.
- Leverage your expertise in catalytic reactor design to transition projects from concept to higher Technology Readiness Levels.
- Gain exposure to proven proprietary technologies in materials design and chemical engineering
- Be supported by a tight-knit group of experts in this field while participating in cross-functional projects and working with both Industry and Government partners
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Postdoctoral research or industry experience in a relevant field
- Ability to lead Research and Development programs from the early concept stage through assessment for commercialization
- Proven expertise in chemical processing, ideally including scale up of reactors for the transformation of captured CO2 or Syngas
- Familiarity with the proposal writing process, including strong accountability to deadlines and requirements
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a team setting while taking ownership of assigned projects
- Exposure to and understand of catalytic substrate design or sorbency coatings design is preferred.
- Proficiency in COMSOL, CHEMCAD, or ASPEN preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without future Visa sponsorship
