Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our ADR Team. The successful candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing market data, identifying potential leads, and providing valuable insights that will help the team effectively engage with prospects. This role is essential for enhancing our outreach strategies and ensuring our team has the information needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries relevant to our services.
- Assist in the development of lead generation strategies and outreach plans.
- Compile and maintain updated lists of prospects, including key contacts and company information.
- Support the ADR team in identifying new and correct contacts for our prospects.
- Monitor industry news and trends to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve research methodologies.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including researching companies and validating data.

Qualifications:

- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoominfo).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in sales, research or business development is a plus.
