We are looking to hire a Research and Operations Associate to support delivery of our clinical research initiatives. Reporting to the Clinical Research Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating research projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing and coordinating clinical research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
Collect, process, and maintain accurate and complete study documentation and record, while ensuring data quality and integrity
Serve as the primary contact for study participants, providing information and support throughout the study duration. Conduct informed consent processes and manage participant visits
Effectively communicate with study participants, team members, and external partners. Handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism
Work closely with the research team to ensure the successful execution of research protocols
Support monitoring of study progress and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards. Identify and address any issues or deviations.
Monitor key progress metrics to ensure adherence to protocols and timelines
Assist in the preparation of study reports, presentations, and publications
