- As a research analyst in the Owner’s Office, you will directly work with the Founder & Owner of the Group and the advisors in the office. The day-to-day supervision of the team is provided by the senior project manager.
- You will prepare research and analysis on various companywide and cross departmental projects and initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and business processes to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and present data insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive research reports, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
- Assist in the identification of business problems, improvement opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Support team projects by providing timely, relevant research and data interpretation.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management in clear, concise presentations and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a research-focused role, preferably in a business environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ideally, you have multi-disciplinary business and strategy experience.
- Work experience abroad is a must
- Experience in working with senior leadership team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Hungarian with focus on crisp, concise, and effective communication, French is a plus
- Proactive, flexible, pragmatic with a ‘can-do’ mentality
- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with multiple parties, internally as well as externally
