We are looking for a Reputation Manager who will be responsible for monitoring and responding to questions, comments, or feedback about Omnisend in online communities, like Reddit, our YouTube channel, and more. The Reputation Manager will also take care of our reviews on online review sites like G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and others. Strong preference for candidates already familiar with Omnisend’s product.
If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with customers and prospects who need some guidance on using our product, and love to find ways to increase our brand’s reputation online, this is the ideal role for you.
What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- Perform audits of Omnisend’s online reputation across different platforms by using appropriate tools;
- Facilitate, monitor product or brand reviews, and respond to customer feedback (in online communities, YouTube comments, etc.) on Omnisend’s behalf;
- Facilitate online review management for sites like G2, Trustpilot, GetApp, and more, including processes for increasing review submissions;
- Work with key stakeholders to build and maintain a list of priority tasks;
- Provide help with the brand’s communication management;
- Track, analyze, and report results on a regular basis;
- Proactively look for ways to improve reputation management processes and positively impact Omnisend’s online reputation.

- Strong knowledge of Omnisend & email marketing (knowledge of ecommerce is a plus);
