Reporting Manager

  • Responsible for the preparation of retail reports, process optimization, demand exploration, and new product development, ensuring the quality and efficiency of retail reports to meet the needs of internal and external customers, while promoting the innovation and development of report service business.

  • 1. Report preparation:
    1.1 Responsible for preparing daily retail reports, ensuring that the content of the reports is accurate, complete, and timely.
    1.2 Supervise and review the reports prepared by the team to ensure the quality of the reports.
    1.3 Conduct in-depth research on retail market trends and provide valuable insights and analysis.


  • 2. Process optimization:
    2.1 Evaluate the existing report preparation process and propose suggestions for improvement and optimization.
    2.2 Coordinate resources across departments and promote the implementation of process improvement projects.
    2.3 Monitor the effectiveness of process improvement and continuously optimize the efficiency of report preparation.


  • 3. Demand exploration:
    3.1 Thoroughly understand the reporting needs of retailers and maintain close communication with customers.
    3.2 Analyze market trends and changes in customer needs to provide direction for report content and services.
    3.3 Regularly collect customer feedback and adjust service strategies in a timely manner.


  • 4. New retailer service service development:
    4.1 Responsible for planning and developing new retialer service for retail reporting.
    4.2 Research market demand, analyze competitors' products, and develop new product strategies.
    4.3 Coordinate team resources to promote the design, development, and launch of new products.


  • 5. Team management:
    5.1 Lead the team to complete daily report preparation and service work.
    Responsible for training, assessment and motivation of team members.
    5.2 Create a positive team atmosphere and enhance team cohesion.


  • 6. Cross-departmental collaboration:
    6.1 Maintain close communication and collaborative work with departments such as marketing, sales, and product.
    6.2 Participate in company strategic planning, provide suggestions and support for retail reporting services.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, data analysis, business management or related majors is preferred.
2. With at least 5 years of experience in retail reporting or related fields, team management experience is an asset.
3. Proficient in data analysis tools and methods, with excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
4. Have a deep understanding of the retail market, with keen market insight and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to establish good cooperative relationships with customers and team members.
6. With strong ability to work under pressure and solve problems, able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
7. Have good professional ethics and dedication, and have high loyalty to the company and team.
