Role:

The Distribution/Replenishment Manager is responsible for inventory levels and efficient replenishment of advance distribution, maintain quality and cost standards. Primary contact for third party warehouse.  Help ensure proper supply chain procedures and work with all departments so that product arrives in a timely manner to the customer.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Recommend inventory, location and replenishment for multiple supply chains
  • Organize / Forecast inventory by utilizing the MPS for bacon, ribs, deli hams, canned hams, and sliced meats.
  • Manage, and assist, production planning within four categories: bacon, ribs, deli hams, canned hams and sliced meats.
  • Understand production, warehousing and transportation costs
  • Liaison between all departments to maintain proper supply chain flow.
  • Supervision of one Distribution Coordinator
