About the Role
 
At Fivetran, we want to enable our customers to make data backed decisions company wide by delivering ready to query data quickly and reliably into their cloud data warehouses. We work with companies from around the world to help them better understand their customers and products, and develop a truly data-driven culture.
 
Our Renewal Management team manages the full contract cycles, expands, retains, and provides a positive experience for our customers. We’re looking for a Renewals Manager within the Commercial segment to join our team and own renewals and recontracting customers. 
 
The key components of success for this role is to negotiate and execute timely renewals and recontracts, increase customer commitments and retain customers. This role could be a great fit if you have experience in customer success, account management or sales for software. 
 
** This is a full-time position based out of our Dublin office. Candidates must be located in an EMEA office location and able to work in the office as requested. **

What You’ll Do
 
  • Understand the Fivetran customer use cases and business outcomes to reinforce Fivetran ROI and drive larger commitments.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: This role will manage a high volume of customer renewals and recontracts. This person will manage the contract process fully from initial outreach, negotiation and to contract signature and execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with CSMs, product and other teams to drive a positive customer experience as well as retaining customer use cases and accounts. 
  • Forecasting accurately and ensuring timely updates to forecasting tools.
  • Following predesigned sales strategies (and sometimes developing and implementing their own) to grow the business and hit quota targets. 
  • Using pre-created cadences based on Industry, Persona, Use Case and adding personalization to it.
 
Skills We’re Looking For
 
  • Experience in a SaaS quota-carrying sales or customer success role. Experience in analytics/data tools is a plus!
  • Being customer centric - building relationships, understanding customer needs and how we are delivering value.
  • Managing paper process, complex deal structuring, redlines, legal and security reviews. 
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding your goals and KPIs.
  • The right balance of self-confidence and humility to lead as an individual contributor.
  • Collaborative and providing constructive feedback to the right teams, so that we can continue to learn and grow. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, while staying organized and efficient. 
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must.
