We are seeking a Renewals Desk Analyst, International to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Uxbridge, England office.
Job Summary
The Imprivata Customer Experience department is looking for a Renewals Desk Analyst, International to join us in our mission of “Customers for Life”. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of the Renewals Desk, you’ll become an integral part of our dynamic group. We’re a team of energetic individuals who work closely together, aiming high to achieve our company goals. Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Renewals team with exceeding monthly/quarterly financial targets
Responsible for the quoting of Maintenance/Subscription Renewals for an assigned territory
Supervise email requests, tasks, and questions received in a general mailbox and taking the correct action on them in a timely fashion
Provide supporting coverage across multiple time zones like Europe and Australia
Expected to become a Super User for renewal quoting processes
Work with the Renewals Team to package and present quoting proposals to customers
Comfort with quoting complex contracts for multiple products with usage and price increases
Provide timely proposals and quotes in line with terms of customer and/or partner agreements
Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce.com
Assist with forecasting renewal pricing and multi-year options
Work collaboratively with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to process renewals per company guidelines
Other duties as assigned and required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years’ experience in purchasing, operations, or renewing technology solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and a CRM system like Salesforce.com
Demonstrated history of meeting performance targets
Comfort quoting and managing a large volume of transactions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Proven time management, organizational and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity and creativity
Motivated to succeed and participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced SaaS company
Desirable Qualifications
- Proficiency in German is desired
