Remuneration & HR Operations Associate

As a Remuneration & HR Operations Associate your call is to implement our People strategy, to ensure people’s readiness to face today’s business goals and future challenges. You will report to the Head of Remuneration, Rewards & HR Operations.

Specifically, you will:

  • Execute HC reporting, annual budget planning, audits and other HR reports;
  • Update and monitor HR systems;
  • Drive the HR Operations processes (ERGANI & ERGANI II);
  • Handle benefits administration and communication with relevant providers;
  • Analyze trends and metrics, review systems/processes and suggest improvements;
  • Develop new and revamp existing human resource policies and HR metrics analysis;
  • Participate in the pre-boarding and the onboarding processes;
  • Ensure & maintain legal compliance and updates (GDPR, labor law);
  • Participate in various HR projects/programs;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;

Requirements

To be considered you must have:

  • BSc/ MSc in Human Resources or relevant field;
  • At least 1 year proven professional experience as an HR Operations Coordinator/HR Generalist/HR Administrator;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills on both Greek & English language;
  • Excellent organizational, multi – tasking and time management skills;
  • Creative mindset and proactive problem solving skills;
  • Experienced with HR metrics;
  • A positive, “can do” attitude.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with HR Systems (BambooHR, Workable).
