Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status and history
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans based on patients' needs

  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options

Requirements

  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States
  • Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least two years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing
  • Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote practice effectively
