Remote IT Support Specialist - JO294-04



Responsibilities

  • Remote device management
  • Application and installation of security updates according to the procedures followed with cyber security
  • Installing protection systems on all devices of the Ministry's employees, according to cybersecurity requirements
  • Applying the client's requirements in the event that new systems are required to be installed on the employees' devices
  • Responding to a supportive system for the implementation of hardware updates
  • Requirements

    • +3 years of experience in a technical support role.
    • Strong knowledge of network connectivity and protocols.
    • Experience with remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer and LogMeIn.
    • Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
