Our client, a leader in the Consumer Services industry, is seeking an experienced Franchise Operations Manager to oversee and support 25-30 franchise locations across the U.S. This managerial role is key to driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within the franchise network. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with corporate teams to coach franchise owners toward their business goals while ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role requires up to 50% domestic travel (typically two weeks per month), but with full flexibility to manage your own travel schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who leads by influence and has a proven track record in franchise operations, business management, and leadership. [Remote] Franchise Operations Manager Responsibilities

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees
•    Provide operational support and guidance
•    Coach franchisees and their teams on key business areas, including leadership, marketing, sales, production, and financials
•    Organize and lead meetings to drive brand growth and revenue
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees
•    Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and growth initiatives
•    Contribute to the creation of marketing, sales, operational, and training strategies
•    Lead monthly peer groups of franchisees to foster collaboration and best practices
•    Inspire and motivate franchisees to achieve business success
•    Plan and execute franchise events to strengthen engagement and communication
•    Conduct regular check-ins, field visits, and financial performance reviews
•    Oversee regional, national, and cooperative training sessions
•    Handle additional responsibilities as needed, using sound judgment
•    Travel to each franchise bi-monthly

[Remote] Franchise Operations Manager Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    3+ years of franchise operations experience required
•    5+ years of business operations experience required
•    1+ years of sales experience required 
•    Leadership/managerial experience required 
•    Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to franchise locations required
