ModSquad has teamed up with a leading AI platform for businesses, and we're looking for experienced Content Moderators to join our team!
In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating content flagged by the system, ensuring compliance with our client's guidelines. The content you'll be moderating will be in German.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific)
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5pm PST
Weekends could be added in the future.
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
90 days (as needed)
10 hours per week
What We Are Looking For:
- Detailed & process-oriented
- Experience in following documented workflows and escalation matrices with a high degree of accuracy preferred
- Content Moderation experience who can identify potential 'loopholes' or "misflagged" content in process documentation and make suggestions with supporting evidence
- Comprehensive writing/reading (English) skills are a must
- Strong analytical skills for discerning different degrees of content compliance
- Interested in new technology and has previous moderation experience
- Fluent in both English and German Language
