Remote Access Engineer

Who you are:

• A professional with 7+ years of experience in Citrix (Virtual Apps and Desktops, Gateway, Storefront, Workspace) and Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, RDS, Teams).
• Skilled in handling authentication protocols, VPNs, and TCP/IP for secure and efficient networking.
• Experienced with remote access and virtualization, understanding the nuances of cloud adoption and access controls.
• Proficient in PowerShell for scripting and API integration.

It would be awesome if you had:

• Citrix certifications such as CCE-V, CCP-N, CCP-V, or CCA-N.
• A strong foundation in access control and security, with an understanding of LAN/WAN and VPN.
• Familiarity with network traffic analysis and troubleshooting.

What you will do:

• Implement and support Citrix and Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Virtual Apps, Desktops, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain VPNs, authentication, and network access controls.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate processes and integrate with APIs.
