- Have constant communication within Bingo Product, Bingo Dev, Bingo QA and Bingo Graphics Leads for managing product release lifecycle
- Coordinate licensee-related UAT feedback and place them into the internal issue-handling processes
- Coordinate Bingo's new brand launches
- Be the main point of contact for Licensees related to Bingo software change requests and version upgrades
- Manage Bingo release-related Jira tasks and Informational confluence pages
- Manage licensee-specific Bingo software’s feature activations
- Deal with ongoing ITIL-based internal and external process improvement
- Engage with Product Operations specialists and developers for successful release verification and troubleshooting of staging and production environment

- Have higher education, preferably in information technologies or project management
- Bring experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Have experience working in multicultural work environments
- Have an excellent oversight and prioritization skills of tasks and assignments in the pipeline
- Have knowledge of general IT infrastructure, networks, ITIL Framework
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Are customer-centric with excellent communication skills
