Release and Change Specialist - Banking

We are currently looking for Release and Change Specialist for our UAE operations with the following terms and conditions

Skills

Plan and manage all Change/Release activities.

• Supervise the GO –live activities including the execution of the deployment plan.

• Ensuring efficiency in operations and effectiveness of controls implemented.

• Receiving UAT releases in Service Management Tool.

• Preparing schedule for conduct of Testing as per instructions from Head of Service Management.

• Assure the release integrity, version control and retrospectives.

• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release schedule and quality.

• Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet expectations.

• Coordinate with stake holder release content and effort based on the Change requests. Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
