Job Details:
- Welcome new members, assisting them in understanding the club's benefits through a well-structured onboarding process;
- Cultivate relationships with club members through proactive contacts established in the Customer Journey;
- Manage and monitor the entire Customer Journey (Onboarding and Ongoing) to track action plans and review objectives;
- Assist in confirming member attendance at hybrid and in-person events organized by the GRI Club;
- Identify the pains and needs of our members and develop strategies for continuous success delivery;
- Identify opportunities and actions to enhance retention (churn prevention) and expansion through Upsell and Cross-Sell;
- Support other internal processes within the department and monitor customer deliveries.
Requirements
- Preferred academic background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, Engineering;
- Commercial background; Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Prior use or knowledge of CRM, Google Drive;
- Superior computer literacy, creative and up to date with current technology;
- Ready and eager to globe-trot;
- Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written;
- Ability to cope with time pressure and deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and criticize information received, high work standards, and excellent attention to detail;
- Team orientation, with ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally;
- Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of the company's various products;
- We require fluency in written and spoken Spanish;
- Intermediate English;
- Availability: 80% in person / 20% home office.
