Relationship Manager, Agent Partnerships

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will work‬ with the Agent Partnerships Team in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to‬ increase payer growth, support existing clients, improve retention, increase revenue,‬ identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and‬ assure clients ( Agents ) understand the value of Flywire Payment Solution.‬

The Relationship Manager, Agent Partnerships will report to the Relationship Management Lead for their region in India.

  • Work closely with the Relationship Management Lead for their region in the execution of strategies designed to increase agent utilization, retention and increase in revenue.
  • Create strategic account plans for the allocated agents to maximize utilization and growth.
  • Present products and services to agents in an informative, educational, and consultative manner.
  • Provide support to existing agents, building close relationships and assisting with inquiries when required.
  • Organize materials and attend events and expos representing Flywire.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager Agent Partnership on pipelines and handovers, on boarding new agents (f2f or virtual), and identifying new opportunities.
  • Ensure and manage all CRM systems are accurate and up to date with activities.

 

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years or more of experience in the International Education Recruitment Industry outbound from India.
  • Ability to travel both locally and interstate within the region to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Existing International Education Agents relations will be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
  • Should be good in verbal numerical skills
  • Experience & understanding of Higher Education Industry (helpful)
  • Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executives
  • Local language / dialect speaking is advantageous in order to speak to clients within the certain regions
