WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

As part of the Finance Department, the Regulatory Reporting team ensures that Trade Republic has the liquidity and capital required to contribute to a healthy financial system. We work in the exciting intersection of numbers and law, meaning that analytical work is front and center, both regarding financials as well as applicable legal texts.

You will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring that we meet our financial obligations and manage risk effectively. Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for our regulatory reports and disclosures (e.g. Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 3, …)
  • Analyze and implement new regulatory requirements
  • Work independently on the continuous improvement and automation of our processes, controls and data quality
  • Own interdisciplinary projects and take responsibility for regulatory issues (e.g. new product processes, expansion into new markets, etc.)



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Completed studies related to finance, accounting or law
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a bank in regulatory reporting or in consulting / auditing at a Big Four
  • Reliable with an eye for detail and strong communication skills
  • Independent way of working and desire for a dynamic environment in a rapidly growing organization
  • Experience with a reporting software is an advantage
  • Internal communication within the team is mainly in English, German is a plus
