The Regulatory Operations team provides support to the General Counsel. Assisting in the day-to-day operation on a wide variety of tasks, including maintaining and organising files, conducting research, and handling on a daily basis any requests from law enforcement and national regulatory authorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Process requests from the Law Enforcement Authority (LEA) or any requests received by a National Authority.
  • Prepare statistical information and figures in order to submit the information to the National Regulatory Authority (NRA).
  • Drive proactive measures towards customers to ensure compliance with Bandwidth Terms and Conditions to reduce the volume of cases received.
  • Perform applications for numbering resources upon request from internal departments;
  • Actively follow up and engage in regulatory and industry group initiatives to prevent numbering misuse.
  • Ensure the applicability of internal processes in day-to-day activities.
  • Answering any requests and notifications related to Regulatory reports.
  • Querying Bandwidth’s systems and databases.
  • Manage the invoice process and gain approval from the team.
  • Work with and influence internal departments and teams to pull and analyse data from internal systems.
  • Facilitate the identification, investigation, and resolution of case-related issues identified through analysis of customer data, monitoring reviews, team meetings, and ongoing interaction with the wider team.
  • Maintaining structured information on the corporate organisation. Manage registered addresses and office rental spaces by acting as a single point of contact with the providers. Take all administrative steps that might be required to complete any corporate task.
  • Liaising with the notary to obtain certified copies, apostilles, etc.
  • Obtain company excerpts in the required language.
  • Maintain the manuals and documented procedures.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (legal background is preferred).
  • Personal Interest in Internet and Telecommunication Industry, and experience in this field would be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong Analytical skills and Logical in your reasoning.
  • Natural curiosity and critical thinking skills to produce evidence-informed decisions.
  • Ability to work within a team environment..
  • Tech Savvy, know-how attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and receptive to changing process demands.
  • Phenomenal communicator: with excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric with the ability to understand their needs.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • English is mandatory, any other language is a strong asset too
