Who Are You:
Operations is responsible for all “make and deliver” functions within each state operation. This includes state level cultivation, manufacturing, inventory/supply chain, and facilities functions. The Regional Vice President of Operations is accountable for the oversight and leadership of all field operations throughout the Central Region. The role will manage all strategic and tactical initiatives in their region’s cultivation and manufacturing facilities, as well as liaison with all operations and shared services business partners across the organization. The focus will be to lead state teams in their facilities to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and effective set of standards and processes/programs to deliver on key metrics at the highest levels: Safety, Compliance, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (engagement and morale).
This position is an onsite role required to be based at one of our manufacturing facilities across the Central Region which include: Fargo, ND, Litchfield, IL, Kansas City, MO, and Johnstown, OH. Relocation assistance is available for candidates not already living within commutable distance to one of those job sites.
