Join Entrata as a Regional Vice President selling our Rent Plus product.  As a member of this elite team, you’ll identify, establish, and develop new and existing business sales relationships with property management companies. The successful candidate will work in the Logan or Lehi, UT offices

This position includes local and regional travel and active participation in local and regional apartment associations.  
 
This is an amazing opportunity to work on complex sales with a long sales cycle and large deal size. We seek sales hunters who enjoy building relationships and partnerships with multiple decision-makers. 

This position is an onsite individual contributor sales role at Entrata Logan UT

Responsibilities will include

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into opportunities. 
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and present the unique features to address their specific challenges.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and negotiate prices and terms to close sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors to meet sales objectives and prepare sales agreements.
  • Maintain contact lists, nurture customer relationships through follow-ups, and develop clear sales plans with accurate forecasts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Genuine passion for sales, with strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain client relationships with demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and building quality, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in sales within the PropTech or FinTech industries.
  • Familiarity with property management software or related technologies.
  • Advanced degree or additional certifications in business or sales-related fields.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
