Regional Vice President, Multifamily Operations

This role will differ from most operations roles. You will be partnering with our business development team to win new business.  As a Regional Vice President, you will lead the charge as we launch a rapid growth initiative towards our goal of significantly expanding our Texas presence. You are a seasoned veteran in the third-party property management industry, and are passionate about serving both owners and investors. You have focused your career on developing a deep industry network in the Texas market. You are forward thinking, ambitious, and always have an edge on the competition. You will be a core contributor to our growing business as a key advisor on the technology innovations that will continue to grow our business. What you'll be doing:

• Leading Texas operations by interfacing with property owners and developing all of our Texas based teams.
• Acting as a key domain knowledge leader with Austin leadership team
• Leading efforts to grow ResProp’s footprint throughout Texas
• Mentoring and develop Regional Managers

What you must have:

• 6-15 years experience in property operations
• Minimum 2-5 years at VP level managing regional managers
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep Texas market knowledge, specifically within the third party multifamily operations space
