The Opportunity
CEO is hiring a Regional Social Enterprise Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of daily operations for CEO’s transitional work crews/sites in regional area.
For context, each of our participants works as part of a transitional work crew to gain experience and income while concurrently working with CEO’s vocational staff to identify and secure long-term employment. CEO operates 125+ work crews across our national network that provide valuable labor and maintenance services to our customers -- predominantly public sector agencies.
The Regional Social Enterprise Manager trains and coaches the Site Supervisors and local Social Enterprise Managers in a CEO region to be effective leaders and mentors. They coordinate with Fleet Management to maintain vehicles, tools and equipment, coordinate with Employee Experience to ensure that all positions are filled with qualified Site Supervisors and local Social Enterprise Managers, oversee all administrative paperwork for crew contracts and invoicing, manage relationships with crew customers, and collaborate with the Site Directors, Regional Directors, other Social Enterprise Team Members, and the Sales Team to ensure the management of quality crews.
As part of our mission, we strongly encourage individuals who have lived experience of incarceration or involvement in the justice system to apply for this role.
