• Recruit, lead and manage a regional sales team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and motivating them to achieve or exceed sales quotas. • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned region, considering market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers or Representatives, ensuring they possess strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. • Analyse regional sales data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners and distributors throughout your region. • Negotiate and finalize contracts with partners to secure new business opportunities and optimize regional sales performance. • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of consumer product assurances to potential clients. • Track and report on regional sales performance, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations regarding consumer product assurances, ensuring your team operates compliantly and competitively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the consumer product assurances industry. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to achieve regional growth objectives
• Experience in the consumer products (SL/TH). • In-depth knowledge of extended warranty programs, service contracts, and various consumer product assurance offerings. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Travel within the assigned region
