Overview
Our client, a pioneer in the automated systems for the local travel industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Executive. Supporting over 1,000 users, they offer comprehensive GDS services and proprietary products that integrate front/back office, e-commerce, loyalty/database marketing, and CRM solutions. They provide extensive travel agency experience, backed by a dedicated Help Desk, Support Team, and Sales staff.
What You Will Do
- Generate and convert leads to acquire new clients using travel technology solutions for both online and offline travel agencies.
- Formulate and execute short- and long-term sales plans to consistently achieve set objectives and revenue targets.
- Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Expand the sales pipeline by obtaining referrals from the current customer base.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders of major accounts within a specified territory.
- Identify customer needs and provide insights for product portfolio improvement based on customer feedback.
- Gather and provide market information and intelligence.
- Deliver professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Ensure complete adherence to all internal processes.
What You Will Need
- 3-5 years of experience in a travel intermediary role, preferably with an online travel agency.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- A Higher Diploma or above is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of GDS products is a plus.
