Monarch Investment and Management Group, is actively interviewing for an Experienced Regional Property Manager to lead our team in the Rochester, Minnesota area.
The Regional Manager is a leader within the communities they oversee. They build and maintain great teams and a solid tenant base. Build and maintain an “A” team to manage the assigned communities.

Ensure an active and engaging employee relations program is maintained.

Understand and emulate the Monarch Culture within assigned region.

Build and maintain “Apartment Communities”, not just “units” in a “complex” but an actual community where our tenants can live, grow and feel part of.

Property Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a “Region”.

Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income.

Assists on evaluating capital needs and planning capital projects.

Captures tenant renewals at the highest rates possible.

Oversees all leasing activities at or above market occupancy and rent levels.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
-
5+ years’ experience in Multifamily Housing management (will consider related industries).

Experience managing multiple communities.
-
Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 15+.
-
Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio.

Must understand multifamily housing maintenance needs.
